SELECTING AN EXCHANGE ACCOMMODATOR ...

How are the Exchange Accommodator’s fees structured?

Many Exchange Accommodator’s charge a front-end fee when you sell your old property and an additional back-end fee when you buy your new property.  Some also charge an additional set-up fee and some charge a monthly holding fee.

Moreover, some take a portion of the interest earned on the account balance without telling you this.

Olympic Exchange Accommodators does not.

Make sure you understand the total cost of your exchange.
