Additional fees:

For more than one sale or Replacement Property: $250.00 per additional property.

All fees include one free initial consultation if retained for the exchange.  The value you receive from us includes that fact that we are competent, experienced lawyers, we have errors and omission insurance, and we set up separate accounts for each exchange client with our banking partners.  Dual signatures and Qualified Escrow Accounts are also available for additional protection.  In addition, unlike many accommodators, our banking partners pay to you directly interest on your exchange balance.
