SB&OH EXCHANGE ACCOMMODATORS, LLC

February 1, 2005

Dear Friends:

Last month, rather than our usual SB&OH Exchange Accommodators newsletter, we sent the quarterly newsletter for Sloan Bobrick Oldfield & Helsdon, our law firm.  It dealt primarily with exchange material and in particular included an article by me on the importance of meeting the 45 day identification rule.  We hope you found that to be informative and beneficial.

That newsletter also included an update on our involvement with Habitat for Humanity through the efforts of Joanne Henry, a partner in Sloan Bobrick Oldfield & Helsdon.  May we take this opportunity, and particularly from Joanne, to sincerely thank you for the support you have given to Habitat for Humanity.

As our business has grown – and thanks to you it has grown – I have seen a need for additional support to meet the level of service all of you must have to achieve a successful exchange.  Helen Reid, our exchange coordinator, has her hands full as well.  We at SB&OH Exchange Accommodators are most fortunate to have an experienced attorney in house to meet those needs.  Many of you already know Tom Oldfield who has had a long, successful practice and is a partner in the law firm of Sloan Bobrick Oldfield & Helsdon, P.S.  Tom's background in real estate and business and commercial law is a perfect fit with the exchange needs of SB&OH Exchange Accommodators.  As a result, we now have two attorneys highly qualified to meet your exchange needs.  Both he and I are available to answer any questions you may have and, of course, there never is a charge for such a call.  You can reach us at 253 512 1031 or toll free 866-309-1031.

Our goal is to serve you completely and to be certain your exchange is handled to your full satisfaction.  We look forward to being of continued service to you.
Sincerely,

Jeffrey P. Helsdon
